Srushti Dehmukh started preparing for UPSC in the final year of her engineering diploma. Following her graduation, she started to wonder whether or not she'd enjoy a career in engineering job. Then, she realised civil services was her passion and focused on the field. Her parents urged her to pursue civils, and find an employment that would benefit the general people.
